Pine Trees, Paperwork, and a Pinch of Adventure
Exciting News!

Today, I’m flipping the script and starting with my “Something Good”—because it’s just too exciting to wait until the end! Drumroll, please… We have 8.9 acres under contract just outside of Georgetown, SC! Yes, you read that right. And yes, it’s another sight-unseen purchase because apparently, we like to keep life spicy (and maybe just a little bit unpredictable). What can I say? When opportunity knocks, sometimes you just have to answer—even if you have no idea what’s behind the door. Or, in this case, behind the pine trees.
Honestly, it was too good of a deal to pass up. I’ll share more details soon, but for now, just picture a whole lot of pine trees and a blank canvas for our next adventure. It’s going to be a project, but I have faith we’ll find the perfect spot to build—preferably somewhere that doesn’t require a chainsaw to access the front door.
In other exciting news, Chris is going back to his roots and opening a window tint shop in Pawley’s Island, just a stone’s throw from the beautiful, historic waterfront town of Georgetown. I have a feeling we’re in for another wild ride, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Stay tuned for updates, tree-counting, and (hopefully) fewer “what did we just do?” moments. Here’s to new beginnings, big dreams, and always finding something good—even if it’s hidden behind a forest of pine trees!
